So Why Do You Still Feel So Bloated and Uncomfortable?
The bloating, gas, unpredictable digestion, and food reactions are frustrating enough. Add fatigue, poor sleep, brain fog and the changes that can come with midlife, and it can feel harder than ever to figure out what your gut needs.
And on top of the gut symptoms you’re already dealing with, midlife can bring changes in sleep, energy, mood and stress that can make everything feel even harder. Maybe your favorite pants feel uncomfortable by mid-afternoon – not because you’ve gained weight, but because you’re so bloated.
Going out for dinner or visiting friends isn’t enjoyable anymore. Instead of relaxing and having a good time, you’re worrying what you can eat and how you’ll feel afterwards.
And it’s not just your social life. By mid-afternoon, your energy is gone. But there’s still dinner to make and people who need you. By evening you barely have anything left to give, and sometimes you find yourself snapping at the people you love.
Then comes the guilt.
You’ve tried changing your diet, cutting out foods, and spending more money than you care to admit on supplements, hoping something would finally work. But you’re still right where you started. It’s frustrating, exhausting, and you’re beginning to wonder if you’ll ever feel good again.
It can be easy to tell yourself you’ll figure it out eventually. But months can turn into years.
You may start saying no to social plans because you’re tired, uncomfortable, or worried about how your gut will feel.
You spend less time with friends.
You have less patience with your family.
You’re trying to keep up with work, family, and everything else on your plate while already running on empty.
And your health routine can become a responsibility in itself.
Supplements to remember.
Food rules to follow.
Protocols to keep up with.
More information to sort through.
Meanwhile, you may be wondering:
“Is this what the next 10 years are going to look like?”
You don’t want your world to get smaller. You want your energy back.
You want to enjoy meals without worrying about how you’ll feel afterward. You want to sleep better, think more clearly, feel comfortable in your body, and have the energy to enjoy the people and activities that matter to you.
You want your life to feel like yours again.
I wasn’t always focused on gut health. I was a recreational triathlete and marathoner. I completed a half Ironman, felt strong, and loved my active lifestyle. Then my health began to change.
After taking a long course of prescribed antibiotics, my digestion changed – and not for the better. I was reacting to foods, felt tired all the time, and developed significant gut issues. When a running injury that wouldn’t heal developed into chronic pain, I had to stop training. I felt like my body had betrayed me.
I was frustrated that everything I ate seemed to make me bloated. I’d spent so much time trying to figure things out and wasted way too much money on grocery bags full of supplements that didn’t even help – and sometimes seemed to make things worse.
It took me a long time, but eventually I started putting the pieces of my gut health together. Finally, things began to change.
Not only did my gut health improve, but my life did too.
I could enjoy more foods again without constantly worrying about how my gut would react. I felt more comfortable in my favourite clothes, had the energy to go hiking with friends again, and finally started feeling more like myself.
Imagine waking up after a night of restful sleep and actually feeling ready for the day.
Meals no longer leave you wondering when the bloating and gas will start.
You have more energy for your family, your friends, your work, and the activities you enjoy.
You can enjoy more of the foods you love without constantly second-guessing every bite.
Instead of constantly trying to figure out what to eat, what supplements to take, or what your gut is going to do next, you have an approach built around you.
And one day you realize something has changed: your gut isn't taking up so much space in your life anymore.
Many of my clients have found relief from their gut symptoms using the strategies and support inside my program.
Just as importantly, they’ve felt heard.
You deserve that, too.

Assess & Reset
Rebalance and Recharge
Restore and Energize
We start by looking at your digestion, nutrition, sleep, stress, lifestyle, health history, and the symptoms you’re experiencing so we can identify what may be contributing to your gut issues. Together, we begin building the foundation your gut needs while working to reduce uncomfortable digestive symptoms.
Now we build on your foundation with nutrition and lifestyle strategies that support your gut microbiome, digestion, and energy. Targeted supplements or functional testing may also be used when appropriate to further personalize your plan.
In this final phase we focus on expanding food variety when appropriate, continuing to support the gut microbiome, and fine-tuning your personalized nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle recommendations. This phase is about strengthening what’s working while giving you more food freedom and less time spent managing your gut.
The goal is to leave the program with healthy digestive function, more food freedom, and a personalized gut-health plan you can continue using through midlife and beyond.

You’ve tried to manage your gut symptoms on your own.
You’ve tried changing your diet, taking supplements, and piecing together advice from everywhere you can find it.
You don’t have to keep figuring it out alone. If you’re ready for personalized support and a practical approach to your gut health, the first step is simple.
I’m a Certified Nutritional Practitioner. I help women in midlife who are struggling with bloating, food reactions, and unpredictable digestion improve their gut health with personalized nutrition and lifestyle support.
My interest in nutrition began through my own experience as a distance runner and triathlete, where I saw firsthand how much nutrition could affect how I felt and performed.
After my own health took an unexpected turn, I began looking more deeply at the connections between digestion, food, stress, lifestyle, and hormonal changes. That experience ultimately led me to the work I do today.
I know what it feels like to search for answers when your gut doesn’t feel like it used to.
Now I help other women in midlife have the same kind of transformation I experienced – feeling comfortable in their bodies again, enjoying food without constant worry, and having more energy for the people and things they love.
